 the livecheck of the `hyper` port currently doesn't work, but the latest
 upstream version is 3.2.3 (currently packaged is 3.0.2). An update of the
 port would additionally allow for the use of Python 3 and at the same time
 -if possible- should make sure to use TheRightCompiler, which is currently
 not the case.

 I quickly attempted this but there were failures and I don't really know
 enough about `yarn` to quickly spot the issue.
