 pugixml: Update to 1.12.1

 Also no longer force C++11 since that doesn't appear to be necessary.
 pugixml and mkvtoolnix build fine without that.

 Since we're no longer overwriting MacPorts CXXFLAGS, this fixes the
 build to use the right optimization flags and C++ stdlib.
