 py-llvmlite fails to build with Xcode 13.3/13.3.1 on Monterey 12.3.1
 x86_64 due to some linking issues as seen in the attached build log.
 It fails even on a fresh mac ports install that just tries to build
 py310-llvmlite or py39-llvmlite.

 With the same macports version and ports tree (and thus same version of
 py310-llvmlite, clang etc) but using Xcode 13.2 the build succeeds just
 fine.
