 Echoing what @ryandesign wrote: looks like `uhd-devel` was installed, not
 `uhd`. A minor tweak to his check ... try: `port installed name:^uhd and
 active` to get the currently `active` installed uhd port. I've actually
 tried this recently, and saw what you note, so I think @ryandesign is
 correct.
