Comment:

 the source of that package doesn't exist anymore and upstream appears to
 point to https://github.com/twardoch/fonttools-opentype-feature-freezer
 now. Don't know if that's the same package or a successor - in any case
 that does support PY3 so an interested party could update the port to use
 this newer version.
