Comment:

 The cargo-c Portfile says:
 {{{
 # mimic Rust dependency
 supported_archs             x86_64 arm64
 universal_variant           no
 }}}
 However the rust Portfile doesn't contain anything like that and does
 contain references to the muniversal portgroup.
