 Not to create a separate ticket: is `pandoc` required for `ngs` to
 function or only to build documentation? It introduces dependency on
 `stack`, which is currently broken for older OSs. If `pandoc` dependency
 is not essential, it makes sense perhaps to make it conditional, and fix
 building the port for PPC and older Intel.
