 gtk4 unlikely to ever work on rosetta, at least quartz version.

 quartz may never work on < 10.11 at all, but we’ll see.

 if x11 version can be fixed that might be a better shot for the ancient &
 weird systems, but don’t hold your breath on that. Looks like a project.
