 Ah, I'm seeing a similar crash. For an immediate fix, try renaming the app
 config file, before opening CherryTree:

 {{{
 $ mv -v ~/.config/cherrytree/config.cfg{,.backup}
 ~/.config/cherrytree/config.cfg -> ~/.config/cherrytree/config.cfg.backup
 }}}

 Let me know if that workaround solves the crash.

 If so, we'll check the list of upstream bugs, to see if this is a known
 issue.
