 well, here is where we saw something similar #66352

 but I would like you to help me out here, as you are seeing the issue and
 I can't see it.

 Please do only this, to rebuild yourself a new llvm/clang-14. It will take
 a little while, sorry:

 {{{
 sudo port -f uninstall clang-14 llvm-14
 sudo port -v -s -N install clang-14
 }}}

 and then try your test compile again
