 To me it seems that this failure depends on exactly one patch file:
 `patch-CMakeLists.txt.diff`. Leaving that away `Doxygen 1.9.5`, builds,
 survives its test at 100%, and also succeeds to build the `xorg-libxcb
 +docs`.  All on `macOS High Sierra, Version 10.13.6`.
