 The `nebula` port currently uses the `bin-darwin` build target, which
 builds the amd64 version of `nebula`.  The port needs to invoke the `bin`
 target instead of `bin-darwin`. The `bin` target will build for the
 appropriate architecture, whether amd64 or arm64.
