 Building ffmpeg on Ventura (M1 chip) fails, due to problem with building
 soxr:

 Computing dependencies for ffmpeg
 Dependencies to be installed: soxr speex speexdsp svt-av1 yasm x264 zig
 zvbi

 There is a bug report on soxr for a similar error (I believe) stating that
 it will build with the universal flag.
