 dgilman: Can you please update this port to the latest upstream version
 (currently 0.16.1)?

 Per https://github.com/awslabs/aws-crt-
 python/issues/410#issuecomment-1347441002 and my own testing later in that
 thread, updating awscrt to 0.15.2 should resolve this build failure.
