 gtk3 menues doesn't react on mouse hover on macos ventura
 reproducible with darktable but also with gtk3-demo (reported at gtk:
 https://gitlab.gnome.org/GNOME/gtk/-/issues/5305)

 There seems to be a fix for that see

 needs to be integrated in macports
