 if you run this:
 {{{
 sudo port -v rev-upgrade
 }}}

 the added "-v" flag will tell you what port is seeing, and why python310
 is / is thought to be broken.

 This information can be helpful most times to understand what is exactly
 wrong. Often it might be caused by forcing the uninstall of a dependent
 port, for example, but there are other reasons it could occur.
