 I can confirm the problem both for the MacPorts version as well as the
 Brew version of '''atari800'''. I also noted that the display is now
 correct both with `VIDEO_ACCEL=0` and `VIDEO_ACCEL=1`. See Issue 104:

 The `VIDEO_ACCEL` originated in '''libsdl''' so this might be a problem of
 one bug fixed and a new one gained. Either way nothing to do with the
 build itself.
