 I just fixed this locally, but I could not get the GitHub PortGroup to
 obey my commands. I tried every option for the GitHub port group that
 there is.

 The only thing that worked for me was to put the entire URL to the file in
 as master_sites (minus the filename), and I know nobody accepts that, so I
 didn't PR it.
