 The error seems to be

 I have not encounter this problem.\\
 On the same machine, does building with `build_arch=x86_64 -universal`
 work?\\
 Does commenting out `--set=rust.jemalloc` in the Portfile allow a
 successful build?\\
 At the very least, one of these two steps may help narrow down the
 problem.
