 this change makes no difference. Besides, `cmake` is needed for building
 `ClamAV`. What's not really needed is `bin:git:git`. And `livecheck` can
 certainly put inside the `tests` variant. For ClamAV it might be obsolete
 in case `clamav-announce`, my eMail provider and Apple's Mail work
 correctly (and do not make it disappear).
