 Either way. If you answer yes, those ports will be rebuilt or upgraded
 now. If you answer no, they will remain broken, but are presumably broken
 only because they link with old versions of libraries, which is why their
 revision or version was subsequently increased, so they should already be
 included in the set of outdated ports, and running `sudo port upgrade
 outdated` should upgrade them.
