 Your configure file says: {{{configure:6095: found /opt/local/bin/ar}}}

 So I would try:

 {{{
 port upgrade cctools
 }}}

 And if that doesn't work

 {{{
 port deactivate cctools
 }}}

 Then clean and rebuild python39.
