 When I invoke `tlshell`, having installed

 {{{
           p5.30-tk @804.36.0_1 (active)
           perl5.30 @5.30.3_3 (active)
           tcl @8.6.12_0+corefoundation+threads (active)
           tk @8.6.12_0+quartz (active)
 }}}

 (and p5.30-tk is nowhere a dependency), `tlshell` complains:
