Comment (by ryandesign):

 The revisions of gcc11 and libgcc11 were increased in
 [52cf3d239d60402dcd3843f927810e9b57a7c63f/macports-ports], resolving the
 deployment target issue (if they hadn't already been resolved before).
 Retitling the ticket since that isn't actually the cause of the problem.
