 Also, moving these files post-build is a bad idea, because they make
 assumptions about the location of their dependents
 (LAPACKE->LAPACK->BLAS). {{{lapacke-config.cmake}}} for example sets the
 {{{LAPACK_DIR}}} explicitly to let the cmake {{{find_package()}}} function
 find the LAPACK package immediately without search.

 I would suggest to simply revert that one commit from the above PR.
