Comment (by ballapete):

 On High Sierra (macOS 10.13.6) only one problem is visible, similar to
 Monterey: Apple's Clang 10 does not accept `-Wno-error,-Wimplicit-
 fallthrough`. Here too `nm` plays no role, stays invisible, as do `CMake`
 and `Ninja`.
