 clang-13 was not chosen as the default clang compiler because it is too
 new, and is likely to cause too many builds to fail.

 clang-12 was chosen.

 You can manipulate this however you want on your own system by monkeying
 around with your default_compilers setting in macports.conf.

 Just don't open any tickets if you do that :>
