 Note that [https://github.com/google/glog/issues/660 google-glog] closed
 this issue because pytorch isn't using their API correctly, so it's a PT
 issue not a glog issue.

 Also note the PR uses the latest version of PT that compiles with glog
 0.4, and an update won't be possible until PR fixes this.
