 Attached is a patch upgrading the current py-cvxopt 1.2.5 Portfile, along
 with an upgraded Portfile, with the following changes
 - source version changed to 1.2.7 (latest)
 - source checksums updated
 - added py39 variant
 - replaced tab, that "port lint" said was undesired, with space

 I have tested only the new py39-cvxopt variant on a MacBookPro 2021 with
 macOS 12.1 and arch arm64 with success. Not sure if it is desired to test
 each variant before release.

 Another possible change I didn't make was to add a variant for py310.  I
 have no reason to believe that would not work.
