 UPD: I finally built it after using 10.5 SDK and target with:

 {{{
 macosx_deployment_target 10.5
 macosx_sdk_version 10.5
 }}}

 Probably should build if `-isysroot/Developer/SDKs/MacOSX10.5.sdk` is
 added to CFLAGS and CXXFLAGS in port file (instead of changing Macports
 global settings).
