 This port doesn't build on any OS version, on our buildbot system.

 The port hasn't been updated since it was originally added 14 years ago in
 #12580.

 The project's web site is unresponsive.

 [https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Shiira Wikipedia says] the web site went
 offline in 2011 and the project was discontinued after releasing version
 2.3, which worked on Mac OS X 10.4 but was buggy on 10.5 and 10.6.

 I'll delete the port.
