 I'm not familiar with this file and we do not have a port called
 "CFPropertyList". Where does the file come from? To find out if a MacPorts
 port installed it, run:
 {{{
 port provides
 /opt/local/lib/php/github/CFPropertyList/classes/CFPropertyList/CFBinaryPropertyList.php
 }}}
 If it says no port provides it, presumably you installed it yourself and
 you'll have to contact whoever developed it for a solution.
