 LLVM 14 is proving to be a bit of a pain release. It has seen way more
 updates than LLVM normal puts out, its up to 14.0.6, and if you read the
 release notes you can see the problems.

 I think it might make sense to remove clang-14 as the ;default fallback,
 and go back to using clang-13 which seems more stable...
