 Looks like the same thing as #65437, i.e. it's trying to install typing-
 extensions with pip, presumably to satisfy a dependency. Pikepdf itself
 doesn't seem to declare a dependency on typing-extensions for python 3.10
 though. Maybe it's one of the other dependencies that needs it?
