 In addition to Perl (#61156), warnings during configure indicate possible
 opportunistic build or library dependencies:

 - curl
 - asciidoctor
 - doxygen
 - pandoc
 - collectd
 - libmemcached
 - samba (libwbclient)
 - python (2.7?)
 - json-c
 - libiodbc
 - mysql/mariadb/percona (when no variant is specified)
 - postgresql
 - oracle-instantclient
 - unixODBC
 - freetds
 - libyubikey
 - yubico-c-client

 …plus other dependencies which MacPorts doesn’t currently offer and so
 would be better to explicitly disable.
