 The Hotfix for the CLI re-installation is missing one simple but important
 step:
 After removing the file that causes the Software Update to include the CLI
 items, add the following bullet:
 softwareupdate -l

 That's the only thing this ticket is about, one bullet point.
 (Without the softwareupdate -l, the removal of the file won't have any
 effect, and the Software Update will continue to list the CLI versions.)
