 If you have nothing at {{{/opt/local/lib/libiconv.2.dylib}}} then throw a
 copy of {{{libiconv.2.dylib}}} there, or symlink it to that location, or
 update the reference to libiconv in cargo that fails and point it to the
 one you actually have installed, or some similar workaround to make cargo
 happy.

 Making rust work on 10.6.8 was a helluva project, and I'm not sure that
 anyone has actually tried alternative prefixes with it before. There could
 be some issues to be discovered still.
