 In [changeset:71a729b080501db3bbac134c13f5d12e474f2a7/macports-ports this
 commit] the option to enable the CI on users' fork of the repository was
 added. The discussion in [https://github.com/macports/macports-
 ports/pull/13049 the associated PR] clearly stated that it would be an
 opt-in feature. However, currently when I push something to my fork in
 order to open a PR it *does* run the CI and I have certainly not opted in.

 Either that needs to be fixed or the commit should be reverted.
