 it's really only the {{{__init__.py}} file that's causing the conflict...
 which doesn't contain anything useful but just defines a version number
 (3.0 for {{{py-mx-experimental}}} and 3.2.9 for for {{{py-mx-base}}}). The
 {{{py-mx-experimental}}} port appears to have a few more modules that were
 not considered stable yet; I would suggest to remove the {{{__init__.py}}}
 file from the {{py-mx-experimental}}} port that would resolve it. I have
 just commit that change.

 Having said that, these packages are rather old and only support Python
 2.7 - so in reality they should just be removed (together with whatever
 depends on them) IMHO.
