 The obvious first question would be: Does
 /Library/Developer/CommandLineTools/SDKs/MacOSX10.15.sdk/System/Library/Frameworks/OpenGL.framework
 exist on your system? It does on my 10.15 system. If it does not on yours,
 reinstall the command line tools version that matches your Xcode version.
