Comment:

 Yup, looks like you can't download from the original site due to SSL
 problems (your OS is old and either you haven't followed the instructions
 at ProblemHotlist#letsencrypt or the administrator of the jedsoft.org
 server hasn't adjusted their certificate chain as explained there) and you
 couldn't download from our mirrors because I guess we hadn't mirrored it
 yet. We've mirrored it now so the problem shouldn't happen again.
