 I attempted the change to Python 3.10 and included a test-phase,
 everything passes and it seems to work... so I committed the change.
 Please do a {{{selfupdate}}} (might take a little while before the mirrors
 have the changes) and upgrade the port; feel free to comment here and/or
 reopen the ticket if something is amiss.
