 I have installed Macports on 10.6.8 as ppc-only and all ports are built
 for ppc. If at all there is some arch mismatch, it is a result of software
 error.
 In this case it might be the issue that `meson` confuses `ppc` and
 `ppc7400`. Of course I have not deliberately configured any port for
 `ppc7400`.
