 FYI, I've enabled tests for `vala` and `vala-devel`.

 Based on local testing, you can expect some failures. But might give us
 more insight into the issue(s) you're dealing with. (If you choose to
 provide us with the logs, please attach them, rather than pasting the
 entire contents into a comment.)
