 black-primer has been moved to a separate repository:
 https://github.com/psf/black/pull/2924

 I have forked a copy of the macports-ports repo, made a branch for this
 PR, worked this change into ${filesdir}, and can build py-black but I'm
 not sure how to build py310-black:
