 1. I have both a full Xcode installation and command line tools

 >>> xcodebuild -version
 Xcode 10.1
 Build version 10B61
 }}}

 2. Adding `use_xcode  yes` in
 `/opt/local/var/macports/sources/rsync.macports.org/macports/release/tarballs/ports/python
 /py-pyqt5-webengine/Portfile` and so on enables me to build and install
 py310-pyqt5-webengine.
