 The log says:

 I'm not sure why Xcode is so fond of involving its simulator when as far
 as I know nothing that we do in MacPorts should have anything to do with
 simulators. But maybe you need to resolve this problem for the build to be
 able to proceed. I'm not sure how you reinstall the simulators. Maybe
 reinstalling Xcode or the command line tools does it.
