c++17 filesystem api

 arm-none-eabi-gcc 11.3.0 try to use c++17 filesystem api but the default
 c++ library of macOS 10.13 and macOS 10.14 doesn't provide it. This is a
 recurring problem with many software that try to use c++17 filesystem.
