 I believe this should be fixed by https://github.com/macports/macports-
 ports/pull/14848, because 18.0.1 has also been released for arm64.

 If 18.0.1 still wasn't yet available for arm64, I guess the only way to
 solve this would be to set a dummy version outside the arch check?
