 Cannot reproduce it either. I'm a bit surprised the OP has to select the
 ffmpeg libraries location too, I think that shouldn't be necessary if
 their location didn't change w.r.t. during the build.

 @aeiouaeiouaeiouaeiouaeiouaeiou: can you please launch Audacity from a
 terminal (` /Applications/MacPorts/Audacity.app/Contents/MacOS/Wrapper`)
 and report if you see any relevant error or warning message?
